Kway chap is a braised duck noodle with duck meat, skin, intestine, coagulated blood and braised duck egg in a herbal broth unique to Penangites. This is the most common comfort food you can find in Penang but not widely available in all restaurants. Your best find would be at Lebuh Kimberley.
