Penang Waterfront Convention Centre (PWCC) is Northern Malaysia’s largest exhibition and convention centre, offering a premier venue for meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions in Penang. Located at The Light City in Gelugor, the waterfront venue is strategically accessible from George Town, Penang International Airport and the Penang Bridge.

Designed for large-scale and flexible events, PWCC features a 10,443 sq m indoor and outdoor event space, including a column-free multipurpose hall of up to 7,318 sq m. The venue can accommodate up to 10,000 guests, making it suitable for exhibitions, conferences, concerts, banquets, corporate functions and other major events.

PWCC also features Le Grand Bleu Terrace, a 3,125 sq m private event space with panoramic sea views and the Penang Bridge as its backdrop. In addition, the convention centre provides 10 versatile meeting rooms, with a combined capacity of up to 1,000 guests for meetings, workshops, seminars and smaller conferences.

Situated within The Light City integrated development, PWCC is surrounded by lifestyle, hospitality and waterfront attractions, including a seafront promenade, retail offerings, hotel facilities and premium commercial spaces. The venue also provides parking for up to 2,900 vehicles.
